Green Tomato Chutney
Ingredients
200ml malt or brown vinegar
100g brown sugar or sweetener (Natvia does a brown sugar alternative)
500g green tomatoes
50g sultanas
1 medium onion
Method
Bring the vinegar and sugar to the boil.
Slice the onions. Dice the tomatoes.
Add onions, tomatoes, sultanas, salt and pepper.
Simmer for about 20 minutes.
