How to eat the rainbow with only FOUR vegetables

Eating the rainbow has many health benefits.  In short, each colour found in fruits and vegetables has different vitamins, minerals and antioxidants.  But here is how to grow the rainbow with just FOUR VEGETABLES. Tomatoes, carrots, beetroot and beans!

Red - Tomatoes and beetroots

Yellow - carrots, beetroot, beans and tomatoes

Pink - beetroot and their leaves, carrots and green beans (the edible seeds on Scarlet Emperor runner beans are pink)

Green - tomatoes, beans and beetroot leaves

Purple - carrots and beans

Orange - carrots, tomatoes and beetroot

Blue - tomatoes (Indigo Rose or blue tomatoes)
